These terms apply to your use of lciplumbing.com and to plumbing and septic services you request from LCI Plumbing & Septic LLC (“LCI,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or requesting service you agree to them.
The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not a quote, a guarantee of results or professional advice for your specific property. Conditions vary from job to job and a technician must evaluate the work on site.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, submit false information or use it in any way that violates the law.
Submitting the online form or calling dispatch is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm timing. For active emergencies, call (561) 970-9282 rather than relying on the form.
Arrival windows are estimates. Emergency and weather conditions can affect response times. We will keep you informed if a delay occurs.
We quote pricing before work begins. An estimate is based on the information available at the time and on visible conditions. If hidden conditions are found once work starts, such as collapsed piping, additional damage or code requirements, we will stop, explain the change and get your approval before proceeding with additional work.
Diagnostic work, such as leak locating or camera inspection, may be billed separately from repairs, as explained at the time of scheduling.
Emergency, after-hours, weekend and holiday service may carry different rates. These are stated before we dispatch.
Payment is due when the work is completed unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Unpaid balances may be subject to late charges and collection costs as allowed by Florida law, including lien rights available to contractors under Florida Statutes Chapter 713.
You agree to provide safe access to the work area, including the septic tank, cleanouts, water heater, shut-off valves and any locked gates or interior spaces, and to secure pets. You are responsible for identifying private underground lines, irrigation and landscaping you want protected. We will take reasonable care, but excavation and drain clearing may unavoidably disturb landscaping, pavers, drywall or flooring in the work area, and restoration beyond what is included in the quote is the property owner’s responsibility.
Where a permit is required, LCI will pull it and schedule inspections. Permit and inspection fees may be included in the quote or billed separately, as stated in your estimate.
Septic performance depends on soil, water table, usage and maintenance. Pumping, inspections and repairs address the condition observed at the time of service. We cannot guarantee that a system will not fail in the future or that a drain field will absorb wastewater indefinitely. Inspection reports describe conditions observed on the date of inspection and are not a warranty of the system.
To the extent permitted by Florida law, LCI’s liability for any claim arising from our website or services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. LCI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use, lost income or loss of water service, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. A trip charge may apply if a technician is dispatched and cannot perform the work because of a same-day cancellation, no access or a no-show.
We may photograph the work area before, during and after service for documentation, warranty and training purposes. We will not publish photos that identify your home or you without your permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site at the time of your service request applies.
